The Fayetteville Cumberland Reentry Council (FCRC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to assisting justice-involved individuals to get back on their feet. FCRC was founded in January 2015, received recognition in January 2016 and officially designated as the Local Reentry Council (LRC) for the Fayetteville/Cumberland County area by the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) in November 2017.
Our Mission is to empower, support and encourage individuals with past criminal records and those reentering the community from incarceration by strengthening and utilizing resources. We seek to reduce the barrier, stigma and challenges that individuals face when transitioning home.
Through comprehensive case management, the program helps empower individuals with a criminal history to become productive citizens. Referrals are made through a network of partnering reentry service providers.
